SOPHOMORE SEASON (2021): Saw action in Vermont's win over UMass Lowell on March 3.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2020): Played in all four games at offensive midfield … Scored his first collegiate goal against Quinnipiac (Feb. 22) … Added another goal against Dartmouth (Mar. 7) … Both goals came on EMO … Chipped in two ground balls and two caused turnovers. *

BEFORE VERMONT: Played lacrosse, hockey, and football at Fairfield Prep … Captained lacrosse and hockey as a senior in 2018-19 … In 2019, was named US Lacrosse All American, All-State First Team, All-Southern CT Conference (SCC) First Team, All-Area First Team ... As a junior in 2018, he was named to the All-State Second Team and All-SCC First Team ... In hockey, he helped Fairfield Prep to back-to-back Division I State Championships (2018, 2019) ... Named All-State Second Team, All-SCC Second Team, and All-Area First Team in hockey as a senior … Graduated Cum Laude and a member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Son of Ed and Ellen Boyle of Southport, Connecticut … Sister, Ryan Boyle, plays soccer and tennis at Greens Farms Academy … Father played football at Harvard … Chose UVM because of the bond between strong academics and strong athletics … Intends to major in Business Administration.
