BEFORE VERMONT: Laible comes to UVM after transferring from Coastal Carolina University, where he played for one season in the SBC … From 2023-2025, he played at Michigan State University in the B1G … He was a Big Ten Conference Distinguished Scholar and an Academic All-Big Ten selection his sophomore year … In high school, he spent one year in Germany playing for FC Schalke 04.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Andy and Julia Laible … Has two sisters, Adalina and Emilia … He is on the Pre-Med track … His father played college basketball for Glenville State University … His biggest influence as an athlete is his family.
