SENIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Took third at the UAlbany Spring Classic in the 400-meter hurdles in a time of 58.71 ... Finished 18th in the 400-meter hurdles at America East Conference Championships with a time of 1:00.13.
SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2015): Placed fourth overall at America East Championships in the Heptathalon event scoring a career-best 4651 points ... Also set a personal-best time in the 60m hurdles with a time of 7.44 ... Recorded two career-best marks at New Hampshire in the discus (9.64m) and the long jump (4.18m) earning fifth place in the long jump ... Finished in third in season opener against Hartford in the pole vault with a 3.95m mark.
JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished third in the 55-meter hurdles vs. St. Peters and Middlebury with a personal record time of 8.07 seconds ... Ran a personal-best time of 8.75 in the 60m hurdles at the Armory Collegiate Invitational ... Was second in the high jump at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic after clearing 1.93 ... Took fifth in the pole vault vs. Hartford and Merrimack with a personal-best clearance of 4.10.
SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2013): Finished ninth in the high jump (1.94) and 11th in the 110-meter hurdles (15.80) at the America East Championships ... Also placed third in the 4x100 relay and fourth in the 4x400 relay at America East ... Ran a season-best 110m hurdles time of 15.51 for eighth at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet.
SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2013): Finished second in the 55-meter hurdles vs. Hartford with a time of 8.08 seconds ... Also placed second in the high jump (1.95) and fifth in the shot put (8.01) ... Earned 10th in the 60m hurdles and long jump at the Dartmouth Relays.
FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2012): Competed in seven events ... Posted a total of 5,367 points in the decathlon at the America East Championships to place ninth overall ... Registered new personal records in all four running events during the decathlon at the league championsip meet ... Posted times of 11.71 (100-meter dash),
51.71 (400-meter dash), 4:38.12 (1500-meter run), and 15.90 (110-meter hurdles) ... Had season-best marks in three field events at the Catamount Invitational as he placed third in the decathlon with 4040 points ... Posted marks of 1.85 (high jump), 8.60 (shot put), and 31.43 (javelin) ... Won the long jump at Dartmouth with a career-best distance of 6.67 for his first collegiate win ... His best mark in the pole vault (3.82) came at the Middlebury Invitational as he finished fifth ... Was ninth in the discus throw at the Northeastern Spring Open with a season-best throw of 18.61.
FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2012): Competed in seven events ... Earned a fifth place finish to lead Vermont in the heptathlon in his debut at the America East Championships as he posted 4,588 points ... Set new personal records in the 60-meter dash (7.49 seconds), 60-meter hurdles (8.97), 1000-meter run (2:42.24), long jump (6.52 meters), and pole vault (3.84) at the league championships ... Posted his best marks in the shot put (7.49) and high jump (1.88) in a home meet against Middlebury, placing second overall with 3766 points ... Finished second in the long jump with a distance of 6.18 in his collegiate debut against Hartford at home.
BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Essex High School in Essex Junction, Vt. ... Four-year letterwinner on the indoor and outdoor track & field teams ... Holds indoor school record in the pole vault (11'6") and the outdoor record in the high jump (6'4") ... Won first place in the long jump and 4x200 relay as a senior in indoor track ...
