2012 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in eight events in the shot put and hammer throw and served as a team captain ... Placed eighth in the shot put at the 2012 America East Outdoor Championships and posted a season-best throw of 14.49 meters ... At the Catamount Invitational, he won the shot put with a 13.30-meter throw on his final attempt and also claimed the hammer throw (37.20) ... The following weekend, he set a personal record in the hammer throw with a mark of 39.08 to place second at the Middlebury Invitational ... Also won the shot put convincingly with a throw of 13.69 at Middlebury.
2012 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in eight events in the shot put and weight throw and served as a team captain ... Set a personal record by nearly a full meter in the shot put with a throw of 14.91 meters at Dartmouth ... Qualified for New England's with the performance and finished second overall ... Placed ninth (14.15) in the shot put at the 2012 America East Indoor Championships ... Finished 19th at the 2012 New England Championships as he improved his throw to 14.26 ...
