2014 OUTDOOR SEASON: Posted a time of 2:01.72 in the 800-meter at the America East Championships for 24th ... Ran his fastest 800 time of the season at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational (2:00.98) ... Registered a season-best 1500 time of 4:11.74 for 18th at the UMass Invitational.

2014 INDOOR SEASON: Finished 16th in the 1000-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 2:35.58 ... Ran a personal record of 2:35.43 at the New England Championships for 24th overall ... Posted his fastest 800 time of 2:00.19 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational ... Placed second in the 800 at home vs. St. Peters and Middlebury in 2:02.99.

2013 OUTDOOR SEASON: Ran a personal record time of 1:59.79 in the 800-meter run at the America East Championships for 29th ... Posted a season-best 1500m time of 4:19.87 at the Dartmouth Tri Meet for 22nd ... Took third overall in the 3000m steeplechase at the Catamount Invitational in 11:11.30.

2012 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven events ... Placed 22nd overall in the 1500-meter run at the 2012 America East Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 4:10.95 ... Also a member of the 4x800-meter relay team which ran a season-best time of 7:48.46 and placed seventh at the league championships ... Ran with the 4x800 team at the 2012 New Engand Outdoor Championships (7:55.73) and placed 12th ... Finished second in the 1500-meter at the Catamount Invitational in 4:17.30 ... Was also second in the 800-meter at the Middlebury Invitational with his best time of the season (1:59.85).

2012 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven events ... Finished 19th in the 1000-meter run at the 2012 America East Indoor Championships with a season-best time of 2:35.65 ... The following weekend at the 2012 New England Indoor Championships, he finished 14th with the men's distance medley relay team with a time of 10:22.24 ... Also placed 17th as a member of the 4x800-meter relay team which ran a season-best time of 7:55.50 ... Ran his best one mile time (4:36.58) at the Joe Donahue Indoor Games.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Bernards High School in Bernardsville, N.J. ... Four-year member of the cross country team ... Team captain for his junior and senior seasons ... Named to All-Raritan Division First Team in 2008, 2009, and 2010 ... Named to 2010 All-Somerset County Third Team ... Four-year member of the track & field team ...
