SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished seventh in the 3000 meters at the America East Championships with a time of 8:38 ... Ran a career best for the indoor mile in the tri-meet with New Hampshire and Maine with a time of 4:27 ... Placed fourth in the 800 meters against Dartmouth and Maine with a time of 2:03.
JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Narrowly missed All-America East honors with fourth place in the 3000-meter steeplechase after running a time of 9:23.04 ... Was an All-New England performer in the steeplechase with a season-best time of 9:14.14 for third overall ... Ran a personal-best of 1:01.81 in the 400-meter hurdles for 11th at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet ... Set a personal record in the 1500-meter at the UAlbany Spring Classic and finished fourth with a time of 4:04.51 ... Took second in the steeplechase at the Princeton Quad Meet in 9:43.93 ... Won the steeplechase in 9:53.92 at the AIC Invitational.
JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2015): Finished 13th overall in the 3000-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 8:39.78 ... Posted a new career-best in the 3000 of 8:28.42 for seventh place and All-New England honors ... Ran his best one mile time of 4:34.87 for 15th overall at the UNH Quad Meet ... Won the 4x800-meter relay at Dartmouth with a time of 8:13.73 ... Took fifth with the 4x800 team at the Joe Donahue Games in 8:33.84.
SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished sixth in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the America East Championships with a time of 9:38.05 ... Earned second in the steeplechase at the New England Championships with a personal record of 9:13.96 for All-New England honors ... Finished 25th overall at the IC4A meet in 9:30.53 ... Earned second place finishes in the steeplechase at both the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational and the Princeton Quad Meet ... Ran his fastest 1500 time of 4:05.26 for 11th at UNH.
SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished 18th in the 5000-meter at the America East Championships with a personal-record time of 15:20.35 ... Also placed fifth with the 4x800 relay team in 7:45.45 ... Earned 11th in the 3000 at the New England Championships with a career-best time of 8:35.29 ...
