SENIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2019): Opened the season with a ninth-place finish in the 100m dash at the UMass Lowell Invitational (Mar. 30) ... Finished eighth in the 400m dash at the Dartmouth Invitational with a time of 51.39s (Apr. 12) ... Registered a runner-up finish in the 400m dash at the Jay Carisella Coaches Inviational (Apr. 20) ... Ran a personal-best 400m time of 50.30s at the America East Championships (May 5).

SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2019): Won the 400m dash (53.18s) and finished second in the 200m dash (23.92s) at the North Country All-Comers (Feb. 10).

JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2018): Finished seventh in the 200m and placed on the second-place 4x100m relay team at the Minuteman Invitational (Apr. 7) ... Was on the seventh-place 4x400m relay team at the Mt. SAC Relays (Apr. 21) ... Competed in the 4x400m relay at the NEICAAA Championship (May 12).

JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2018): Finished third in the 400m (51.27s) and 11th in the 60m dash at Middlebury (Jan. 20) … Ran to eighth place in the 400m (50.64s) at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 26-27) … Placed eighth in the 60m dash (7.26s) and ninth in the 400m (51.27s) at Dartmouth (Jan. 13) … Finished 10th in the 400m (50.71s) and ran a leg on UVM’s second-place and record-breaking 4x400m relay team (3:15.52) at the America East Championships (Feb. 23-24).

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2017): Finished second in both the 100m (11.51) and 200m (23.25) against Hartford … Took fourth in the 200m (23.64) and ran a leg on the winning 4x100m relay at the UMass Tri-Meet … Finished 17th in the 100m (11.17), 20th in the 200m (22.60) and was part of both the fifth-place 4x400 and 4x100m relays at the America East Championships.

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2017): Won the 55m (6.65) and was a member of the third-place 4x400m relay at the Dartmouth Quad Meet … Placed third in the 60m (7.18) and fifth in the 200m (23.40) at the Middlebury Winterfell … Ran to second in the 55m (6.72) and ran a leg on the second-place 4x400m relay against Hartford.

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished fifth in the 100m with a time of 11.07 at the Albany Spring Classic ... Helped win the 4x400m relay and took second in the 4x100m relay against Albany ... Won the 100m with a time of 11.12 a the UMass Tri-Meet.

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2016): Ran 23.04 for the 200m at the America East Championships ... Also placed seventh on the 4x400m relay during the America East Championships ... Ran a season best 22.37 in the 200m at the New England Championships ... Finished second in the 60m in a season best 7.14 against Maine and Dartmouth.

BEFORE VERMONT: Was a four-sport athlete at neighboring Burlington High School ... Selected to the Senior Bowl in football and high school Hall of Fame ... Holds the state record in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays ... Also holds Burlington High School's record in the 4x100m relay.
