SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2020): Opened the season with a victory in the heptathlon at Dartmouth, which included a personal-best high jump of 1.87m (Dec. 14) ... Ran on the second-place 4x400m relay team at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 10) ... Won the 60m hurdles  with a time of 8.94s at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ... Won the 60m hurdles (8.71s) and was third in the long jump (6.23m) at the Middlebury Invitational (Jan. 25) ... Finished fourth in the heptathlon at the NEICAAA Championships (Jan. 31 & Feb. 1) ... Took third in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.67s at the Dartmouth Invitational (Feb. 8) ... Finished second and earned All-Conference honors in the heptathlon with a personal-best 60m hurdle time of 8.60s at the America East Championships (Feb. 21 & 22) ... Posted a personal-best heptathlon score of 4,815 points for third place at the IC4A Championships (Mar. 6-8).

JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2019): Ran on the runner-up 4x400m relay team at the UMass Lowell Invitational (Mar. 30) ... Was a part of the 11th-place sprint medley relay team and finished 14th in the triple jump at the Colonial Relays (Apr. 4) ... Finished second in the decathlon at the Catamount Combined Events Challenge with personal record in the high jump (1.86m), long jump (6.70m), and javelin throw (54.68m) ... Registered a triple jump distance of 13.71m for sixth place at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational (Apr. 20) ... Had a third-place finish in the decathlon at the America East Championships with 6,345 points and a personal-best 400m time of 51.30s (May 4 & 5) ... Was 13th in the triple jump at the New England Championships (May 11).

JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2019): Finished third in the heptathlon with personal-best marks in the 60m dash (7.20s) and long jump (6.68m) at UConn (Dec. 7) ... Raced on the 4x200m relay team that set a school record (1:30.75) at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 13) ... Finished fourth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.89s at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 19) ... Set a 60m hurdles personal record (8.70s) in the preliminaries and finished third while securing a second-place finish in the long jump (6.53m) at the Middlebury Invitational (Jan. 26) ... Finished sixth in the heptathlon with a score of 4,564 points at the NEICAAA Championships (Feb. 2) ... Ran a personal-best 200m time of 22.92 at the Valentine Invite (Feb. 9) ... Set a 55m hurdles personal record (8.19s) in the preliminaries and finished second at the North Country All-Comers (Feb. 10) ... Finished 10th in the triple jump with a personal-best mark of 13.89m at the America East Championships (Feb. 23).

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2018): Finished second in the triple jump (13.05m) and was on the second-place relay team at the Minuteman Invitational (Apr. 7) ... Placed second in the triple jump (12.97m) at the Dartmouth Invitational (Apr. 13) ... Set a personal record and finished third in the triple jump (13.73m) at the UAlbany Spring Classic (Apr. 21).

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2018): Finished third in the triple jump (12.55m, 41-2.25) at New Hampshire (Jan. 27) … Jumped 12.67m (41-7) in the triple jump at Middlebury (Jan. 20) to place third … Placed fourth in the long jump (6.27m, 20-7) and 12th in the 200m at Dartmouth (Dec. 9) … Finished 12th in the triple jump (13.08m, 42-11) at the America East Championships (Feb. 23-24).

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2017): Placed third in the triple jump (12.73m), sixth in the long jump (6.15m) and ran a leg of the victorious 4x100m relay at the UMass Tri-Meet … Finished second in the triple jump (12.86m) and third in the long jump (6.51m) at the Dartmouth Invitational … Was a member of the fifth-place 4x100m relay and finished ninth in the triple jump (13.42m) at the America East Championships.

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2017): Won the triple jump (12.62m) and took fourth in the long jump (5.91m) at the Dartmouth Quad Meet… Jumped to second in the triple jump (12.93m) and third in the long jump (6.23m) at Hartford … Finished ninth in the triple jump (13.56m) and 20th in the long jump (5.89m) at the America East Championships.
