SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished ninth in the 400 meters at the Albany Spring Classic with a time of 50.63 ... Finished fourth in the 400 meters at the Dartmouth Invitational with a time of 50.50 ... Helped win the 4x400 meter relay at the home meet against Albany ... Finished fourth at the UMass Tri-Meet in the 200 meters with a time of 22.63.

SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2016): Placed seventh as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team at the America East Championships ... Also ran 50.56 for the 400 meters at the America East Championships ... Part of the first place Distance Medley Relay team at the IC4A/ECAC Championships ... Finished 13th in the 400 meters at the BU Scarlet and White Invitational with a time of 50.16 ... Matched his career best in the 60 meters with a time of 7.2 against Dartmouth and Maine.

JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Took ninth in the 400-meter race at America East Championships at the 50.07 mark ... Also place fifth in the 4x1 event with a time of 42.44 ... Ran a career-best 400-meter time at the NEICAAA Championships in 49.81 ... Placed third in the 400-meter at the UAlbany Spring Classic in a time of 50.99 ... Earned third at the Yellow Jacket Invitational for the 200-meter race in a time of 22.22.

JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2015): Finished fifth overall in the 400-meter finals at America East Championships in a time of 50.56 ... Also finished sixth in the 4x400-meter race in a time of 3:25.24 ... Won the 400-meter race against Hartford at the 52.81 mark ... Took third at New Hampshire in the 400-meter with a time of 53.13.

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished 14th in the 200-meter at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 22.51 ... Also placed third in the 4x100 relay and fourth in the 4x400 relay at America East ... Won the 100 dash at the Wolfie Invitational with a season-best time (11.32) and second in the 200 with a season-best time (22.51).

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished eighth in the 200-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 22.74 seconds ... Also placed 12th in the 60m dash in 7.20 and was fifth with the 4x400 relay team ... Took 15th in the 200 at the New England Championships with a season-best time of 22.32 ... Was 14th with the 4x400 relay team at New England's ... Won the 55 and 300 at home vs. Hartford and took the 55 at home vs. Middlebury ... Earned fourth in the 200 at the Joe Donahue Games with a time of 22.89.

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2013): Finished 10th in the 200-meter at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 22.57 seconds ... Also placed fourth in the 4x400 relay and sixth in the 4x100 relay at America East ... Took 13th in the 4x400 and 12th in the 4x100 at New England's ... Placed third in the 200 at the Tufts Snowflake Classic in 22.82 ... Finished third in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays at the Princeton Quad Meet.

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2013): Finished 20th in the 200-meter at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 23.11 seconds ... Placed 18th with the 4x400 relay team at the IC4A Championships in 3:18.10 ... Took seventh in the 200 at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic in 23.65 ... Was eighth in the 55 at home vs. St. Peters and Middlebury in 6.89.
