JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2024-2025): Started off his indoor season at the Sharon Colyear Opener (Dec. 7) where he ran the 60m and 200m races, securing 19th and 11th place finishes…Ponessi competed in the 60m race at the Dartmouth Invite (Dec. 13-14), placing 11th…He ran the 60m and 200m at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 11) and placed 12th and eighth…Competed in the 60m race at the Scarlet Knight Open (Jan. 31)…Finished off his season at the Big Apple Invitational (Feb. 8) where he ran the 60m and 200m races, securing 27th and 21st finishes.
SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2024): Opened the outdoor season with a third and fourth place finish in the 100 and the 200 at the UMass Lowell Invitational (Mar. 30) … Placed eighth and 23
rd in the 100 and the 200 at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational (Apr. 5-6) … Logged a third place finish in the 100 and the 200 to go along with a fourth place finish in the 4x100 relay at the UMass Commonwealth Invitational (Apr. 13) … Came in 10

FIRST-YEAR OUTDOOR SEASON (2023): Opened the season with a personal-best marks in the 100m (11.28s) and 200m (23.08s) at the Black & Gold Invite (Apr. 1) ... Was third in the 100m and ran on the winning 4x100m relay team at the UVM Quad Meet (Apr. 8) ... Placed 14th in the 100m at the Commonwealth Invite (Apr. 15) ... Raced on the winning 4x100m relay team at the Rutgers Relays (Apr. 22) ... Posted a 100m time of 10.96s at the America East Championships (May 6 & 7) ... FIRST-YEAR INDOOR SEASON (2023): Won the 55m (6.71s) and placed third in the 200m at UNH in his collegiate debut (Dec. 4) ... Ran personal-best marks in the 60m (7.15s) and 400m (51.75s) at the Beacon Invite (Dec. 10) ... Placed fifth in the 200m, sixth in the 60m at the Middlebury Snowflake (Jan. 14) ...
