2014 OUTDOOR SEASON: Ran a season-best time of 49.32 in the 400-meter at the America East Championships and finished fifth overall ... Also placed fourth with the 4x400 relay team at America East in 3:19.27 ... Took 13th in the 400 at the New England Championships in 49.71 and was also 13th with the 4x400 relay team in 3:18.67 ... Earned third place in the 400 at the Princeton Quad Meet in 50.20.
2014 INDOOR SEASON: Ran a time of 1:05.55 in the 500-meter at the America East Championships and took eighth overall ... Also placed fourth with the 4x400 relay team in 3:20.71 ... Finished 11th in the 4x400 at the New England Championships in 3:19.90 ... Ran his fastest 500 time of 1:05.45 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational for 13th ... Finished second in the 500 at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic in 1:07.48.
2013 OUTDOOR SEASON: Placed third overall in the 400-meter at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 48.47 seconds for All-Conference honors ... Ran a time of 48.94 in the 400 at the IC4A Championships for 28th place ... Won the 400 at the Catamount Invitational and Wolfie Invitational in his first two events of the season ...
