SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2022): Ran on the winning 4x400m relay team at the Dartmouth Indoor Opener (Dec. 11).

JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2021): Opened the season in the 4x400m relay at UMass Lowell (Mar. 26) ... Finished 12th in the 1500m at the UVM Home Meet (Apr. 10) ... Logged an 800m mark of 1:58.89 at the America East Championships (May 1) ... Ran a career-best mark of 1:58.31 in the 800m for 15th place at the Dartmouth Outdoor Invitational (May 7) ... Logged a time of 1:58.86 in the 800m at the New England Championships (May 15). 

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2020): Opened the season with a time of 1:59.89 for third place in the 800m at Dartmouth (Dec. 14) ... Finished sixth in the 600m dash at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ... Was on the winning 4x400m relay team at UNH (Jan. 25) ... Posted a time of 1:59.96 in the 800m at the NEICAAA Championships (Jan. 31) ... Finished 11th in the 800m at the Dartmouth Invitational (Feb. 8).

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2019): Opened the season with a 17th-place finish in the 1500m run at UMass Lowell (Mar. 30) ... Was seventh in the 800m run at the Dartmouth Invitational (Apr. 12) ... Logged a time of 1:58.79 in the 800m run at the America East Championships (May 4).

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2019): Made his debut with an eighth-place finish in the 1000m run at Dartmouth (Dec. 8) ... Finished eighth in the 600m at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 19) ... Took fourth in the 800m run at the North Country All-Comers (Feb. 10).
