SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2023): Opened the season with a seventh-place finish in the 400m, and a 12th-place finish in the long jump (Mar. 24) ... Won the 100m at the UVM Quad Meet (Apr. 8) ... Placed third in the decathlon (5,233 pts) at the UMass Multis Meet, and recorded a personal-best 400m time of 51.85s (Apr. 12 & 13) ... Placed fourth in the decathlon at the America East Championships with a personal-best score of 5,603 points - logged PRs in the 100m, shot put, high jump, pole vault, javelin, and 1500m (May 6 & 7) ... Raced on the UVM record-setting 4x100m (41.37s) relay team that placed second at the New England Championships (May 12 & 13).
SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2023): Opened the season in the 55H, 4x400m, high jump, and shot put at New Hampshire (Dec. 4) ... Finished 10th in the heptathlon at URI with a score of 3,358 points (Dec. 9) ...Raced on the winning 4x200m relay team at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 21) ... Posted a 200m time of 23.08s at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 28) ... Was seventh in the heptathlon at the New England Championships with a score of 4,039 points (Feb. 2 & 3) ... Posted a personal-best heptathlon score of 4,179 points for seventh-place at the America East Championships (Feb. 18 & 19) ... Finished sixth in the heptathlon at the IC4A Championships with a score of 3,973 points (Mar. 3-5).
FIRST YEAR OUTDOOR SEASON (2022): Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 100m (10.82s), a fourth-place finish in the 200m (23.19s), and ran a leg on the winning 4x100m team at the UNH Outdoor Opener (Apr. 2) ... Logged a time of 22.76s in the 200m, and competed in the 100m and 4x100m at the Mason Spring Invite (Apr. 9) ... Was seventh in the 200m with a time of 22.56s at the UMass Outdoor Invite (Apr. 16) ... Placed seventh in the 200m (22.82s) and ninth in the 100m at the George Davis Invite (Apr. 23) ... Logged a personal-best mark of 22.51s in the 200m and ran on the runner-up 4x100m relay team at the America East Championships (May 7 & 8) ... Recorded a time of 11.06s in the 100m at the New England Championships (May 13).
FIRST YEAR INDOOR SEASON (2022): Made his debut at the Dartmouth Indoor Opener, and posted a fifth-place finish in the 60m (7.14s) and ninth-place finish in the 200m (23.27s) ... Finished second in the 400m and seventh in the 60m at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 15) ... Ran a leg on the winning 4x400m relay team at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 22) ... Was sixth in the 400m and seventh in the 60m at the Middlebury Invitational (Jan. 29) ... Logged a time of 22.71s in the 200m at the Scarlet & White Invite (Feb. 5) ... Finished 11th in the 60m (7.26s) and logged a 200m time of 23.30 at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 11) ... Finished fourth in the 300m at the UVM-UNH Dual Meet (Feb. 13) ...
