JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2025): Opened his season at the New Balance Early Bird Invite (Dec. 7), recording a personal best time of 8:35.92 in the 3000m and securing a fourth-place finish… At the Dartmouth Invite (Dec. 13-14), Cilwik ran the mile and 4x400, respectively placing first and fourth… Recorded third and second place finishes in the 1000m and 4x400 at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 11)… Placed first at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 17-18) in the mile race… Competed at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 24-25), securing fourth and 15th place finishes in the 1000m and 4x400… Finished second in the mile at the Showdown at The Heights (Feb. 7-8)… Cilwik ran the mile and 4x800 at the America East Indoor Championship (Feb. 22-23), recording first and seventh place finishes. While securing first place, he recorded a personal best mile time of 4:05.85… He closed out the season at the Indoor IC4A/ECAC T&F Championships (Mar. 7-9), competing in two mile races and securing fourth place finishes in both.

Was third in the 1500m at the Quad Meet, running a personal-best time of 4:00.86 (Apr. 8) ... Finished sixth in the 1500m with a time of 4:03.70 at the Commonwealth Invite (Apr. 15) ... Placed fifth in the 800m (1:55.07) at the Rutgers Relays (Apr. 22) ... Ran a personal-best 800m time of 1:54.37 at the America East Champinships (May 6 & 7).
