SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2024-2025): Started out his indoor season at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 11) where he ran the 3000m race and placed seventh…Ran the mile and 3000m races at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 17-18), recording 11th and fifth place finishes…At the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 24-25), Sparks ran the 3000m race…He placed 11th in the mile race at the Scarlet Knight Open (Jan. 31)…Secured an eighth-place finish in the 3000m at the Showdown at The Heights (Feb. 7-8)…Recorded a personal best time of 8:29.30 in the 3000m race at the America East Indoor Championship (Feb. 22-23). He also secured a ninth-place finish in the distance medley relay…Finished out his season at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship (Mar. 7-8) where he finished fifth in the mile race.

Posted a personal-best 1500m time of 4:03.40 at the Commonwealth Invite (Apr. 15) ... Won the 3000m steeplechase at the Rutgers Relays with a time of 9:29.98 (Apr. 22) ...
