GRADUATE INDOOR SEASON (2020): Won his first race of the season with a time of 49.97 in the 400m dash at Dartmouth (Dec. 14) ... Was on the second-place 4x400m relay team at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 10) ... Won the 60m with a personal-best 60m time of 7.19s and the 200m (22.67) at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ... Ran a personal-best 21.96s in the 200m dash for 25th and finished ninth in the 400m (48.86s) at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 25) ... Took fifth in the 400m dash at the NEICAAA Championships with a time of 49.24s (Feb. 1) ... Was 10th in the 400m dash with a time of 49.49s at the UAlbany Winter Classic (Feb. 7) ... SENIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2019): Raced in the 200m (22.88s) and 400m (50.55s) dashes to open the season at the Minuteman Invitational (Apr. 6) ... Finished fourth in the 400m dash with a time of 50.18s at the Dartmouth Invitational (Apr. 12) ... Took 11th place in the 400m dash (49.46s) at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (Apr. 18) ... Ran times of 22.43s (200m) and 49.62 (400m) at the Beach Invitational (Apr. 19 & 20) ... Was a member of the third-place 4x400m relay team at the America East Championships (May 5).
SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2019): Opened the season with a pair of runner-up finishes in the 200m (22.65s) and 400m (50.09s) at Dartmouth (Dec. 8) ... Finished second in the 400m (49.94) and ran a leg on the school-record setting 4x200m relay team (1:30.75) at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 13) ... Won the 200m with a time of 22.73s at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 19) ... Finished 11th in the 400m dash at the Penn State National Invite with a time of 49.59s (Jan. 26) ... Took 13th in the 400m (48.51s) at the Valentine Invite (Feb. 9) ... Placed third in the 400m at the America East Championships with a time of 48.33s (Feb. 23) ... Set a school record in the 400m (48.28s) at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (Mar. 3).
JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2018): Won the 400m with a time of 51.36s and was part of the second-place 4x100 team at the Minuteman Invitational (Apr. 7) ... Finished fifth in the 400m at the Dartmouth Invitational (Apr. 13) ... Placed sixth in the 400m at the America East Outdoor Championship (May 6).
JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2018): Placed ninth in the 400m (48.65) at the ECAC Championships ... Finished fourth and broke the UVM record for the third time in the 400m (48.39s) and took second as part of the Catamount record-breaking 4x400m relay team (3:15.52) at the America East Championships ... Took 23rd in a field of two-hundred and broke the UVM 400m dash record for the second time in 2018 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 9-10) with a mark of 48.61s ... Took second and earned All-New England honors after breaking the UVM record in the 400m dash with a time of 48.68s at the New England Championships (Feb. 2-3) ... Took second in the 400m (49.18s) at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 26-27) ... Won the 200m with a time of 22.46s at Middlebury (Jan. 20) ... Won the 200m (22.62s) at Dartmouth (Jan. 13).
SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2017): Won the 200m (23.07) and took second in the 400m (52.00) at the UMass Tri-Meet … Took the top spot in the 200m against Hartford with a time of 22.86 … Finished fifth in the 200m (22.79) and ninth in the 400m (50.53) at the Dartmouth Invitational … Placed 14th in the 400m (50.25) and was a member of both the fifth-place 4x100m and 4x400m relays at the America East Championships.
SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2017): Won the 300m against Hartford in a time of 36.41 … Placed 13th in the 200m (23.02) and was a member of the sixth-place 4x400m relay at the Jay Carisella Invitational.
FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished 11th in the 400m at the Duke Invitational with a time of 49.68 ...
Won the 400m at the Dartmouth Invitional with a time of 49.65 ... Finished first against Albany in the 200m with a time of 23.09 ... Finished second in both the 100m (11.28) and 200m (22.42) at the Black & Gold Invitational.
FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished eighth in the 400m at the America East Championship with a time of 50.07 ... Finished seventh in the 4x400m meter relay at the America East Championship ... Ran a season best time in the 400m of 48.89 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships ... Won the 300m against Hartford in a time of 36.16.
BEFORE VERMONT: A four-year member of the cross country team and four-year member of the indoor and outdoor track & field teams at Saranac Central High School ... Also captained the track & field and cross country teams as a senior ... High school was Sectional Champions for four consecutive outdoor track seasons and indoor track & field Sectional Champions in 2011 and 2013 ... 2015 Senior Athlete of the Year ...
