JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2020): Opened the season with a 3000m of 10:53.49 for seventh place at Dartmouth (Dec. 14) ... Finished 12th in the mile at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 10) ... Was fourth in the 1000m run at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ... Took second in the mile and was on the second-place DMR team at UNH (Jan. 25) ... Finished 15th in the mile with a time of 5:11.54 at the NEICAAA Championships (Feb. 1) ... Ran a personal-best 1000m time of 3:03.64 for 19th at the UAlbany Winter Classic (Feb. 7) ... SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2019): Opened the season with a 17th-place finish in the 3000m run at Dartmouth (Dec. 8) ... Took third in the 3000m run with a time of 10:58.68 at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 19) ... Finished fourth in the mile at New Hampshire (Jan. 26) ... Was 19th in the mile at the NEICAAA Championships (Feb. 2) ... Took 13th in the mile at the America East Championships with a time of 5:14.66 (Feb. 23).

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2018): Set a personal record in the 3000m steeplechase (12:26.25) at the Minuteman Invitational (Apr. 7) ... Registered a personal best in the 1500m (4:59.88) at the Dartmouth Invitational (Apr. 13).

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2018): Finished fourth in the mile and fifth in the 1,000m at New Hampshire (Jan. 27) … Ran to sixth place in the mile at Dartmouth (Jan. 13) … Placed 11th in the 3,000m (10:57.53) at Middlebury (Jan. 20) … Finished 15th in the mile at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24).
