SENIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2022): Posted a sixth-place finish in the 400m hurdles at the UMass Lowell Invite (Mar. 26) ... Finished fifth in the 400m hurdles at the UNH Outdoor Opener (Apr. 2) ... Was seventh in the 400m hurdles at the UMass Outdoor Invite (Apr. 16) ... Competed in the 400m hurdles at the America East Championships (May 7). 

SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2022): Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 500m at the Dartmouth Indoor Opener (Dec. 11) ... Was fourth in the 500m and ran on the runner-up 4x400m relay team at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 15) ... Competed in the 500m at the New England Championships (Feb. 4) ... Finished third in the 400m at the SLU Open (Feb. 18).

JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2021): Opened the season with a fifth-place finish in the 400m hurdles at UMass Lowell (Mar. 26) ... Registered a second-place finish in the 400m hurdles at the home meet (Apr. 10) ... Was fourth in the 400m hurdles at UMass (Apr. 18) ... Competed in the 400m hurdles at the America East Championships (May 1) ... Won the 400m hurdles at Dartmouth (May 7) ... Competed in the 400m hurdles and the 4x400m relay at the New England Championships (May 14 & 15).

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2020): Opened the season with a sixth-place finish in the pentathlon (2,565 pts) at Dartmouth (Dec. 14) ... Finished seventh in the high jump at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 10) ... Took fifth in th elong jump at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ... Was sixth in the high jump at the Middlebury Invitational (Jan. 25) ... Finished 16th in the long jump at the Dartmouth Invitational (Feb. 8) ... Placed 12th in the pentathlon (2,741 pts) at the America East Championships (Feb. 22). 

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2019): Began the season with an eighth-place finish in the 100m hurdles (Mar. 30) ... Was fifth in the heptathlon at the Catamount Combined Events Challenge (Apr. 13) ... Ran on the third-place 4x400m relay team at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational (Apr. 20) ... Finished 11th in the heptathlon at the America East Championships (May 4 & 5).

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2019): Made her debut in the pentathlon at Dartmouth (Dec. 9) ... Finished in third place in the 60m hurdle and high jump at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 19) ... Was sixth in the 60m hurdles and ran on the second-place 4x400m relay team at the Middlebury Invitational (Jan. 26) ... Took second in the 55m hurdles and long jump while running on the wining 4x400m relay team at the North Country All-Comers (Feb. 10).

BEFORE VERMONT: Competed in track & field and soccer for all four years at Norton High School ... Named captain of the track & field team in 2018 ... Won a team state championship in 2015 ... Finished second in the pentathlon and sixth in the 4x800m relay at the MIAA Eastern Massachusetts Division III meet ... Placed 12th in the All-State Meet for the pentathlon ... Owns high school's shuttle hurdle relay and outdoor pentathlon records.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Robert and Sheila Diestel, both graduates of the University of Vermont ... Robert was a three-year captain for the baseball team and inducted to the UVM Athletic Hall of Fame in 2000 ... Has two siblings: brother Declan and sister Annabel, a student at UVM ... Cousin Liam Rischmann is a junior midfielder for the Vermont men's lacrosse team ... Chose UVM because of the various academic opportunities and her lover for Burlington.
