SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Placed 12th in the 1500-meter at the America East Championships in 4:04.74 ... Ran a season-best time of 3:59.78 in the prelims ... Finished third at America East with the 4x800 relay team in 7:44.11 ... Earned All-New England honors with eighth place in the 800-meter with a personal-best 1:52.03 ... Took fourth in the 4x800 at New England's ... Broke the school 4x800 record at the IC4A Championships and finished sixth overall.
SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2015): Finished second overall in the 1000-meter at the America East Championships for All-Conference honors with a personal-record time of 2:27.18 ... Member of the America East champion 4x800 relay team which won in a time of 7:43.82 ... Placed second with the 4x800 relay team at the New England Championships in 7:43.82 ... Took 12th in the one-mile at New England's with a personal-best 4:13.00 ... Finished fifth in the distance medley relay at the IC4A Championships ... Earned second overall in the 1000 at UNH with a mark of 2:30.39.
FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished 11th in the 1500-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 4:03.97 ... Ran the fourth-fastest preliminary time of 3:57.87 at America East for his season best ... Posted a time of 1:54.20 in the 800 at the New England Championships for 24th ... Competed with the 4x800 relay team at the IC4A Championships, finishing 17th in 7:47.80 ... Registered a season-best 800 time of 1:53.98 at UNH for third and also won the 4x400 relay ... Finished seventh in the 1500 at the Princeton Quad Meet in 4:01.39.
FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished ninth in the 1000-meter at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 2:31.62 ... Also finished fifth in the 4x800 relay and sixth in the distance medley relay at America East ... Placed 15th in the 1000 at the New England Championships with a time of 2:32.08 ... BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Lowell High School in Lowell, Mass. ... Ran three years of cross country and four years of track & field ...
