2012 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven events and served as a team captain ... Ran a season-best time (1:58.99) in the 800-meter run at Dartmouth to finish seventh overall ... Member of the 4x400-meter relay team which placed seventh at the 2012 America East Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:22.13 ... Was 29th in the preliminaries of the 800-meter with a time of 2:00.69.

2012 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in nine events and served as a team captain ... Ran a season-best time of 1:06.69 in the 500-meter at the 2012 America East Indoor Chamionships to place 15th in the preliminaries ... Also a member of Vermont's 4x400-meter relay team which scored with a seventh place showing at the league championship meet ... Helped to break the school record in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:19.29 at the 2012 New England Indoor Championships ... Placed 12th overall and missed point scoring by less than two seconds.

2011 OUTDOOR SEASON: Ran a season best 52.12 in the 400m at the 2011 UNH Wildcat Invitational … Finished 15th in the 800m at the 2011 America East Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:56.73 … Was named an All-New England performer as a member of Vermont’s 4x800m relay team that finished third at the 2011 New England Outdoor Championships … The relay team set a new school record with a time of 7:37.82.

2011 INDOOR SEASON: Ran a season best 1:24.70 in the 600m finishing first overall in a tri-meet against Maine and New Hampshire … Finished ninth overall at the 2011 America East Indoor Track and Field Championships.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to Vermont from Toll Gate High School in Warwick, R.I. ... Competed on the track, soccer and tennis teams in high school ... Set the school record for the 300m ... Participated in the Indoor New England Championships ... Helped set a new school record for the 4x400 relay at the Outdoor New England Championships ... Named an All-State selection in the 4x400m relay in the Spring of 2008 ... Named to the All Division and All Class squads in the 4x400m and 4x800m relays for the indoor season in 2007-08.
