JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2021): Opened the season with a 12th-place finish in the 5000m at UMass Lowell (Mar. 26) ... Finished seventh in the steeplechase at the Wildcat Invitational (Apr. 3) ... Was fifth in the 5000m at the UVM Quad Meet (Apr. 10) ... Finished sixth in the steeplechase at UMass (Apr. 18) ... Place eighth in the 5000m at the UNH Pre-Conference (Apr. 24) ... Was 16th in the steeplechase at the America East Championships with a time of 9:58.64 (May 2) ... Registered a personal-best steeplechase time of 9:52.27 for sixth at the New England Championships (May 15).

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2020): Opened the season with an 18th-place finish in the 3000m at Dartmouth (Dec. 14) ... Was 20th in the 3000m at the Midlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ... Finished 11th in the 3000m and 15th in the mile at UNH (Jan. 25) ... Was 15th in the 3000m at the Dartmouth Invitational (Feb. 8).  

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2019): Began the season with a 35th-place finish in the 3000m run at the UMass Lowell Invitational (Apr. 6) ... Was 12th in the 5000m run at the Minuteman Invitational (Apr. 6) ... Took ninth in the 1500m run at the Dartmouth Invitational (Apr. 12) ... Was seventh in the 10,000m run at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invite (Apr. 20) ... Finished ninth in the 5000m run at UNH (Apr. 27).

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2019): Made his debut with a 10th-place finish in the mile at Dartmouth (Dec. 8) ... Finished 11th in the 3000m run at UNH (Jan. 26) ... Took seventh in the 3000m run at the North Country All-Comers (Feb. 10).
