SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2020): Began the season with a fifth-place finish in the 1000m run at Dartmouth (Dec. 14) ... Finished sixth in the 600m run at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ... Logged a third-place finish in the 800m run at UNH (Jan. 25) ... Placed 14th in the 800m run at the Dartmouth Invitational (Feb. 8) ... Finished 13th in the 800m run at the America East Championships (Feb. 22).
FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2019): Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 400m dash and was on the winning 4x400m relay team at the UMass Lowell Invitational (Mar. 30) ... Finished ninth in the 800m run with a time of 2:26.57 at the Dartmouth Invite (Apr. 12) ... Was ninth in the 400m run at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invite (Apr. 20) ... Ran the 800m in 2:23.93 at the America East Championships (May 4).
FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2019): Made her debut with a seventh-place finish in the 800m run at Dartmouth (Dec. 8) ... Took sixth in the 600m at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 19) ... Finished fourth in the 800m run at UNH (Jan. 26) ... Was seventh in the 800m run at the North Country All-Comers (Feb. 10) ... Finished in 17th place in the 800m run at the America East Championships (Feb. 23).
BEFORE VERMONT: Ran track and cross country for F.W. Park Charter ... Captained both the track and cross country teams in 2018 ... Named cross country league all-star from 2014 to 2018 and track & field all-star from 2015 to 2018.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Matt and Heidi Korhonen ... Has two siblings, Sydney and Joseph ... Was briefly the youngest EMT in Massachusetts ... Chose UVM because of the Exercise & Movement Sciences major as well as the location.
