SENIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2021): Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 1500m at UMass Lowell (Mar. 26) ... Was 10th in the 800m at Vermont's home meet (Apr. 10) ... Finished 11th in the 1500m at the UNH Pre-Conference meet (Apr. 24) ... Competed in the 1500m at the America East Championships (May 1).

JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2020): Began the season with a 13th-place finish in the mile at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 10) ... Finished sixth in the 1000m run at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ... Placed third in the mile and was on the second-place DMR team at UNH (Jan. 25) ... Logged a time of 3:02.21 in the 1000m at the NEICAAA Championships (Jan. 31) ... Finished 23rd in the 1000m run at the UAlbany Winter Classic with a time of 3:04.67 (Feb. 7) ... Registered an 11th-place finish in the 1000m with a time of 3:03.60 at the America East Championships (Feb. 22). 

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2019): Opened the season with an eighth-place finish in the 1500m run at the UMass Lowell Invitational (Mar. 30) ... Registered a personal record in the 800m run (2:24.07) and ran a leg for the winning 4x400m relay team at the Dartmouth Invitational (Apr. 12) ... Recorded a personal-best 1500m time (4:48.49) at the America East Championships (May 4).

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2019): Began the season with a personal-best 3000m time of 10:56.82 at Dartmouth (Dec. 8) ... Finished fifth in the 1000m run at New Hampshire (Jan. 26) ... Registered a personal record in the 1000m run (3:02.05) to finish 11th at the America East Championships (Feb. 23).

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2018): Set a personal record in the 800m with a time of 2:27.38 at the Minuteman Invitational (Apr. 7) ... Registered a personal-best time of 4:54.07 in the 1500 at the Dartmouth Invitational (Apr. 13) ... Ran in the 4x800 relay at the NEICAAA Championship (May 12).

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2018): Finished third in the 1,000m at Dartmouth (Dec. 9) … Placed sixth in the 1,000m at New Hampshire (Jan. 27) … Ran to seventh place in the mile at Dartmouth (Jan. 13) … Finished 12th in the 1,000m (3:03.72) at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24).

BEFORE VERMONT: Competed in cross country, track, and soccer at Chelmsford High School ... Earned All-Conference honors for track and cross country in 2016 ... Named team MVP in 2016 ... Member of the National Honor Society.
