SENIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2016): Placed fourth in the Hammer Throw at the Albany Spring Classic with a mark of 47.43m ... Finished third at the Black and Gold Invitational in the Hammer Throw with a mark of 45.66m ... Placed third at the UMass Lowell Invitational in the Hammer Throw with a mark of 46.95m.

SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2016): Won the Weight Throw with a career best 13.93m against Hartford ... Finished sixth in the Weight Throw against Maine and New Hampshire with a throw of 13.36m.

JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Finished 11th in the hammer throw at the America East Championships with a distance of 43.09 meters ... Set a personal record with a throw of 48.36 for seventh overall at the Princeton Quad Meet ... Also placed seventh at the AIC Invitational with a mark of 45.22 ... Was fourth at the UAlbany Spring Classic (43.67).

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished 16th in the hammer throw at the America East Championships with a distance of 44.99 meters ... Registered his season-best mark of 47.52 for fifth place to open the season at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational ... Threw 47.00 at the Princeton Quad Meet for eighth overall ... Placed fourth in the hammer at both the Albany and UNH meets.

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2014): Placed 20th in the weight throw at the America East Championships with a distance of 13.47 meters ... Posted a season-best of 13.62 for 10th overall at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic ... Won the weight throw in a home meet to open the season vs. Hartford and Merrimack.

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2013): Finished 11th in the hammer throw at the America East Outdoor Championships with his second best mark of the season (41.09 meters) ... Posted a season best distance of 41.22 to place second overall at the Middlebury Invitational ... Was 10th in the hammer throw at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet (39.27) and won the Catamount Open (37.65).

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from North Kingstown High School in North Kingstown, R.I. ... Four-year member of the track & field team and ran three years of cross country ... Team captain as a senior as he led North Kingstown to the 2012 Rhode Island outdoor state title ... Named 2012 All-Division in outdoor track.
