JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2020): Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 500m dash at Dartmouth (Dec. 14) ... Took 10th in the 800m run at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 10) ... Won the 500m dash with a time of 1:08.89 and was on the winning 4x400 relay team at UNH (Jan. 25) ... Finished sixth in the 800m with a time of 1:58.00 at the Dartmouth Invitational (Feb. 8) ... Ran a personal-best 800m time of 1:55.29 at the Valentine Invite (Feb. 15). 

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2019): Opened the season with a 16th-place finish in the 1500m run a the UMass Lowell Invitational (Mar. 30) ... Finished ninth in the 800m run at the UNH Pre-Conference Invitational with a personal-best time of 1:57.10 (Apr. 27) ... Ran a leg on the 4x800m relay team that finished second at the New England Championships (May 11).

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2019): Ran a leg on the second-place 4x400m relay team at Dartmouth (Dec. 8) ... Finished 11th in the 800m with a time of 1:59.71 at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 13) ... Ran a leg o nthe runner-up 4x400m relay team at the Middlebury Winterfell and finished seventh in the 1000m run (Jan. 19) ... Was a part of the 4x400m relay winning team at New Hampshire (Jan. 26) ... Ran a personal-best 500m time of 1:05.81 at the Valentine Invite (Feb. 9).

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2018): Finished sixth as he ran a personal-best 53.73s in the 400m at the Minuteman Invitational (Apr. 7) ... Was a part of the second-place 4x400 relay team at the Dartmouth Invitational (Apr. 13) ... Set a personal best in the 1500m (4:23.92) at the UAlbany Classic (Apr. 21) ... Ran to a personal record of 1:57.60 in the 800m (Apr. 28).

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2018): Finished ninth in the 800m at Middlebury (Jan. 20) … Ran to seventh in the 800m (2:02.67) at Dartmouth (Dec. 9) … Placed seventh in the 500m (1:08.94) at Dartmouth (Jan. 13) … Finished 20th in the 500m (1:09.22) at the America East Championships (Feb. 23-24).
