Placed ninth in the 5000m at the UVM Quad Meet (Apr. 8) ... Finished eighth in the 1500m (4:03.83) at the Rutgers Relays (Apr. 22) ... Was sixth in the 800m and 12th in the 1500m at the UNH Outdoor Opener (Apr. 2) ... Finished ninth in the 5000m at the UMass Outdoor Invite with a mark of 15:21.43 (Apr. 16) ... Ran a career-best 5000m time of 15:02.84 to finish 14th at the America East Championships (May 8) ... Logged a 5000m time of 15:05.87 for 12th at the New England Championships (May 14). 

SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2022): Placed fifth in the mile with a time of 4:26.60 at the Dartmouth Indoor Opener (Dec. 11) ... Finished third in the 1000m at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 15) ... Was sixth in the mile at the Middlebury Invitational with a time fo 4:24.66 (Jan. 29) ... Posted a mile time of 4:19.13 at the Scarlet & White Invite (Feb. 5) ... Finished 16th in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite with a time of 4:23.24 (Feb. 11) ... Took third in the 1000m at the UVM-UNH Dual Meet (Feb. 13) ... JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2021): Opened the season with a 10th-place finish in the 5000m at UMass Lowell (Mar. 26) ... Placed eighth in the 1500m with a time of 4:03.45 at the UNH Wildcat Invite (Apr. 3) ... Logged a time of 4:01.97 for fourth place in the 1500m at Vermont's home meet (Apr. 10) ... Posted a third-place finish and a time of 15:07.93 in the 5000m at UMass (Apr. 18) ... Registered times of 4:03.87 (1500m) and 15:27.06 (5000m) at the America East Championships (May 1 & 2) ... SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2020): Opened the season with a 16th-place finish in the 3000m at Dartmouth (Dec. 14) ... Was on the third-place 4x800m relay team at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 10) ... Ran a personal0best 3000m time of 8:52.66 for sixth place at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ... Ran a mile time of 4:28.83 for sixth place and was on the winning DMR team at UNH (Jan. 25) ... Finished 19th in the mile with a time of 4:20.17 at the NEICAAA Championships (Feb. 1) ... Finished ninth in the 1000m at the Dartmouth Invitational (Feb. 8) ... FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2019): Opened the season with a 13th-place finish and a 1500m time of 4:00.83 at the Minuteman Invitational (Apr. 6) ... Took sixth place in the 5000m run with a time of 15:15.12 at the Dartmouth Invitational (Apr. 12) ... Ran on the runner-up 4x400m relay team at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invite (Apr. 20) ... Was 15th in the 5000m run (15:07.32) and ran a 1500m time of 3:58.20 at the America East Championships  (May 5) ... Secured 10th place in the 5000m run with a time of 15:06.29 at the New England Championships (May 11).

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2019): Made his debut with a fifth-place finish and a 3000m time of 8:56.97 at Dartmouth (Dec. 8) ... Was 14th in the mile with a time of 4:27.17 at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 13) ... Finished sixth in the 3000m run with a time of 8:55.00 at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 19) ...
