Registered a mile time of 5:06.56 for 37th at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 25) ... Finished 15th in the 3000m run with a time of 10:08.79 at the NEICAAA Championships (Feb. 1) ... Was 27th in the mile at the UAlbany Winter Classic (Feb. 7) ... Logged a time of 10:03.04 in the 3000m run at the Valentine Invite (Feb. 14) ... JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2019): Ran the mile in 5:13.25 at the Valentine Invite (Feb. 9) ... Finished third in the mile at the St. Lawrence Open (Feb. 15) ... Took seventh in the mile at the America East Championships with a time of 5:07.33 (Feb. 23).

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2018): Finished 10th in the 800m at the Dartmouth Invitational (Apr. 13) ... Placed fourth in the 5000m at the UMass Pre-Conference (Apr. 28) ... Finished seventh and set a personal record in the 1500m (4:35.54) at the America East Championship (May 6) ... Set a personal best in the 5000m (17:47.46) at the NEICAAA Championship (May 12).

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2018): Finished second in the 3,000m (10:17.49) at Middlebury (Jan. 20) … Placed third in the mile (5:11.04) at Dartmouth (Jan. 13) … Ran to fourth place in the mile (5:02.90) at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 26-27) … Recorded a 12th-place showing in the 3,000m (10:12.20) at the New England Championships (Feb. 2-3) … Finished 10th in the 3,000m (10:22.73) at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24).

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2017): Finished sixth in the 4x400m relay at the UMass Tri-Meet with a time of 4:13.05 ... Took fourth in the 4x400m relay with a time of 4:08.48 at the Dartmouth Outdoor Invitational ... Clocked a time of 10:32.44 and took second in the 3,000m at the UAlbany Spring Classic.

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2017): Took third with 4x400m relay team and fourth in the 1,000m at the Jay Carisella Invitational ... Won the mile with a time of 5:17.04 at the Dartmouth Quad Meet ... Finished third with a time of 12:09.12 in the DMR and seventh in the 1,000m at the America East Indoor Championships ... Took 17th with a time of 12:03.95 in the DMR at the IC4A Championships.

BEFORE VERMONT: Ran cross country and track at Lakeland High School.
