Posted a fourth-place finish in the 3000m run at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ... Recorded a sixth-place finish in the 3000m run at UNH (Jan. 25) ... Finished 27th in the 5000m run at the NEICAAA Championships (Feb. 1) ... Was 12th in the mile at the Dartmouth Invitaitonal (Feb. 8).

JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2019): Opened the season with an 18th-place finish in the 3000m run at the UMass Lowell Invitational (Mar. 30) ... Registered a ninth-place finish in the 5000m run at the Minuteman Invitational (Apr. 6) ... Finished fourth in the 10,000m run at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational (Apr. 20) ... JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2019): Finished eighth in the 3000m run with a time of 10:51.63 at Dartmouth (Dec. 8) ... Took seventh in the 3000m run with a time of 10:53.87 at New Hampshire (Jan. 26) ... Finished third in the 5000m and set a personal record (18:39.27) at the UAlbany Spring Classic (Apr. 21) ... FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2017): Finished fourth in the 5,000m with a time of 19:09.88 at the Dartmouth Outdoor Invitational ... Clocked a time of 18:52.83 in the 5,000m and took 11th at the UAlbany Spring Classic.

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2017): Finished fifth in the 3,000m with a time of 10:57.14 at the Jay Carisella Invitational ... Took ninth in the mile with a time of 5:29.91 at the Dartmouth Quad Meet.
