GRADUATE INDOOR SEASON (2024): Opened his season with seventh and 12^th place finishes in the 800 and 4x400 relay at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (Dec. 2) … Finished third and fourth in the 600 and 4x400 at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 20) … Recorded an 146^th place finish in the 800 at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 26) …  Finished 39^th in the 500 at the River Hawk Invitational (Jan. 27) … Finished 16^th in the 600 at the Scarlet Knight Open (Feb. 2-3) … Placed second and ninth in the 4x400 relay and 800 at the Middlebury Field and Track Meet (Feb. 10) … Finished 20^th in the 800 at the America East Championships (Feb. 19-20).

SENIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2023): Raced in the 1500m and 4x400m at the Black & Gold Invite (Apr. 1) ... Was 10th in the 800m at the UVM Quad Meet (Apr. 8).

SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2023): Opened the season with a victory in the 800m (1:57.32) at UNH (Dec. 4) ... Was fifth in the 800m at the Beacon Invite with a time of 1:56.47 (Dec. 10) ... Placed fifth in the 500m at the Middlebury Snowflake (Jan. 14) ... Ran a leg on the winning 4x400m relay team at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 21) ... Posted a personal-best 500m time of 1:07.26 at the River Hawk Invite (Jan. 27) ... Ran an 800m time of 1:57.10 at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 28) ... Finished sixth in the 800m at the New England Championships with a time of 1:56.17 (Feb. 2 & 3) ... Registered an 800m time of 1:54.99 at the Valentine Invite (Feb. 11) ... Finished 11th in the 800m (1:56.74) and ran on the fourth-place DMR team at the America East Championships (Feb. 18 & 19) ... Posted an 800m time of 1:54.42 at the IC4A Championships (Mar. 3-5).

JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2022): Placed 16th in the 1500m at the UMass Lowell Invite (Mar. 26) ... Was 10th in the 1500m at the UNH Outdoor Opener (Apr. 2) ... Placed 27th in the 800m with a time of 1:55.83 at the Mason Spring Invite (Apr. 9) ... Was 12th in the 800m at the George Davis Invite with a time of 1:56.38 (Apr. 23) ... Competed in the 800m at the America East Championships (May 7).

JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2022): Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 800m and raced on the winning 4x400m relay team at the Dartmouth Indoor Opener (Dec. 11) ... Won the 1000m and raced on the winning 4x400m relay team at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 15) ... Finished fifth in the 600m at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 22) ... Finished ninth in the 800m at the Fastrack National Invite with a time of 1:56.01 (Feb. 11) ... Logged a third-place finish in the 500m at the UVM-UNH Dual Meet (Feb. 13) ... Placed 11th in the 800m with a time of 1:54.06, and ran in the DMR at the America East Championships (Feb. 25 & 26) ... Competed in the DMR at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (Mar. 5).

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2021): Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 1500m at UMass Lowell (Mar. 26) ... Logged a time of 1:57.25 in the 800m to finish seventh at the Wildcat Invite (Apr. 3) ... Finished third in the 800m at the UVM Home Meet with a time of 1:55.36 (Apr. 10) ... Ran a personal-best 1500m mark of 4:03.07 to finish fourth at UMass (Apr. 18) ... Recorded an 800m mark of 1:56.17 at the America East Championships (May 1) ... Finished fifth in the 800m at the Dartmouth Invitational with a mark of 1:54.13 (May 7).

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2020): Made his debut with a sixth-place finish in the mile at Dartmouth (Dec. 14) ... Was on the third-place 4x800m relay team at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 10) ... Finished eighth in the 1000m at Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ... Won the 800m with a time of 1:58.76 and was on the winning DMR team at UNH (Jan. 25) ... Ran a personal-best 1000m time of 2:33.03 at the NEICAAA Championships (Jan. 31) ... Was on the second-place 4x400m relay team at the Dartmouth Invitational (Feb. 8) ... Posted a time of 1:55.33 in the 800m run at the Valentine Invite (Feb. 15) ... Won the 800m run at the America East Championships with a personal-best time of 1:54.77 to earn All-Conference honors (Feb. 22).
