AS A SOPHOMORE (2011): Competed in eight races during the regular season … Earned one top-10 finish with a season-best ninth-place effort in the 10k classic at the St. Lawrence Carnival to open the year.
AS A FRESHMAN (2010): Hegman competed in all six carnivals on the EISA Circuit … Posted a season best 25th-place finish in the 15k freestyle at the St. Michael’s Carnival on Jan. 22 … Part of the classic sprint relay team that finished ninth at the St. Mike’s Carnival on Jan. 23 … Skied to a ninth-place finish as part of the 3x5k freestyle relay team on Feb. 12 at the Dartmouth Carnival.
