2015 SEASON: Named the winner of the Elite 89 Award (third Catamount to win the honor), which is presented to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade-point average participating in the finals site for each of the NCAA’s championships … Competed in every race in 2015 … Finished in the top-10 eight times … Was third in the freestyle race at the EISA Championships.

2014 SEASON: Competed for the United States at the Junior World Championships in Val di Fiemme, Italy ... Was 12th in the 1.5k freestyle sprint at the 2014 U.S. Cross Country Championships at Soldier Hollow ... Finished 13th overall in the Junior National Championships ... Earned her first career win on the EISA Circuit with a victory in the freestyle at the EISA Championships ... Made three podium appearances during the season ... Named to the EISA All-East First Team.

2013 SEASON: Competed in 11 races on the EISA Circuit … Posted seven top-10 finishes … Posted back-to-back top-10 finishes at the Middlebury Carnival … Was ninth in the classic and recorded a season-best fifth-place finish in the freestyle … Placed eighth in the freestyle at the EISA Championships.

BEFORE VERMONT: Was a member of the World Junior Team in 2012 ... Was a member of the Junior National Championship teams with Team Alaska in 2010, 2011, and 2012 ... Finished first in the Junior National Individual Skate 5K in 2013 and was second in the skate sprint.

PERSONAL: Is the daughter of Andrew and Tanya Kirk ... Has an older sister Valerie and a brother Jacob who ran track and cross country at Montana State ... Is an exercise and movement science major.
