2014 OUTDOOR SEASON: Finished 17th in the 400-meter hurdles at the America East Championships with a time of 58.47 seconds ... Took fourth at America East in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:19.27 ... Placed 13th in the 4x400 at the New England Championships ... Ran his best 400m hurdles time of 57.57 at the Princeton Quad Meet for sixth place ... Also eared third in the 4x400 relay at Princeton.

2014 INDOOR SEASON: Placed 17th in the 400-meter at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 51.18 seconds ... Also earned fourth with the 4x400 relay team at America East in 3:20.71 ... Finished 11th at the New England Championships and 18th at the IC4A Championships in the 4x400 ... Finished fourth in the 300 at home vs. St. Peters and Middlebury with a time of 37.74 ... Ran a time of 51.36 in the 400 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational ... Won with the 4x200 relay team at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic in 1:34.50.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Daniel Hand High School in Madison, Conn. ... Voted Daniel Hand Best on the Track in 2013 ... All-New England in 2011 ... All-State in 2011 and 2012  ...
