• America East Commissioner's Honor Roll (2014, 2015, 2016)

SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2018): Finished 10th in the 3,000m at Dartmouth (Jan. 13) ... Took 12th in the mile at Middlebury (Jan. 20) ... Won the 3,000m with a time of 10:55.27 at the Gordon Kelly Invitational (Feb. 10).

JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2017):  Took fourth in the 10,000m with a time of 39:47.21 at the UMass Tri-Meet ... Posted a time of 18:48.67 and finished ninth in the 5,000m at the UAlbany Spring Classic ... Finished the 10,000m at the America East Outdoor Championships with a time of 29:46.20.

JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2017): Finished seventh in the 1,000m with a time of 3:16.86 at the Dartmouth Quad Meet.

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2016): Placed 11th in the 5,000m at the UNH Pre-Conference Meet with a time of 19:20 ... Finished 12th at the UMass Tri-Meet in the 10,000 meters with a time of 40:42.

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2016): Placed ninth in the 5,000m at the BU Scarlet and White Meet with a time of 19:16 .. Finished fourth at the tri-meet with New Hampshire and Maine in the 3,000m with a time of 11:11 ... Ran a season best 3,000m time at the Joe Donahue Games with a time of 11:08.

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Participated in five competitions during the season ... Finished in fifth place at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational in the 10,000m with a time of 40:33.74 ... Placed 16th overall at the America East Championships in the 10,000m with a mark of 40:33.66.

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2015): Did not compete.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Sharon Academy in Sharon, Vt. ... Captain of the track & field team in 2014 ... Also played soccer and basketball in high school ... Earned the Green and Gold Scholarship and Hartland Lions Club Scholarship ... Won book awards from Smith and College of the Atlantic.
