JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2016): Placed sixth in the 800 meters at the UNH Pre-Conference Meet with a time of 1:55 ... Finished sixth at the Albany Spring Classic in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:03 ... Was a member of the winnning 4x400 meter relay team at the Dartmouth Invitational ... Won the 1500 meters during the home meet against Albany with a time of 4:11.
JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2016): Helped win the 4x800 meter relay at the America East Championship ... Also finished sixth in the 800 meter (1:55) and third as a member of the Distance Medley Relay at the America East Championships ... Part of the first place Distance Medley Relay team at the IC4A/ECAC Championships ... Ran a season best 2:30 in the 1000 meters at the New England Championships ... Placed third in the 500 meters against New Hampshire and Maine with a time of 1:08 ... Won the 800 meters against Hartford with a time of 2:00 and also helped the Distance Medley Relay to victory that meet.
SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Finished eighth overall in the 800-meter America East Championship finals with a time of 1:53.66 ... Took third at America East in the 4x800-meter in 7:44.11 ... Set a season-best 1500-meter time of 4:07.96 at the UAlbany Spring Classic ... Won the 4x400-meter race at the UMass Pre-Conference meet with a mark of 3:23.42.
SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2015): Completed 11 top-five finishes over the course of the season ... Won the 4x8 race at America East Championships in a time of 7:43.82 ... Also took eigth at America East in the 800-meter in a time of 1:55.18 ... Had two first-place finishes against Hartford in the 4x400 (3:34.63) and the 800-meter (1:57.76) ... Took second place at New Hampshire in the 4x400 race in 3:30.35 and first in the 500-meter in 1:07.88.
FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished 14th in the 800-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 1:57.53 ... Also placed seventh with the 4x800 relay team in 7:51.95 ... Posted a season-best 800 time of 1:54.81 at the New England Championships for 29th ... Took 17th with the 4x800 team at the IC4A Championships in 7:47.80 ... Won the 4x400 relay at the UNH Wildcat Invitational in 3:23.47 and placed seventh in the 400 with a time of 51.02.
FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished ninth in the 800-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 1:55.05 ... Also placed fifth with the 4x800 relay team and sixth with the distance medley relay team at America East ... Ran a season-best 800 time of 1:53.06 in the preliminary round of the New England Championships and went on to earn eighth overall ... Took eighth in the 4x800 relay at the IC4A Championships for All-IC4A honors in 7:35.49 ... Won the 800 at home vs. Hartford and Merrimack and claimed the 500 at home vs. St. Peters and Middlebury ... Ran his fastest 500 time of 1:06.42 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational.
