2014 OUTDOOR SEASON: Finished 12th in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the America East Championships with a time of 9:59.88 ... Ran a personal record time of 9:47.25 for fourth place at the Princeton Quad Meet ... Won the steeplechase at the Tufts Snowflake Classic in 9:51.91 ... Took eighth in the 5000 at AIC with a time of 15:51.84.

2014 INDOOR SEASON: Ran season-best times in the 3000-meter (8:57.66) and 5000-meter (15:50.46) at the America East Championships to finish top-25 in each race ... Won the 3000 in a home meet vs. St. Peters and Middlebury with a time of 8:59.55 ... Placed third overall with the distance medley relay team at the Joe Donahue Games with a time of 10:29.68.

2013 OUTDOOR SEASON: Finished 13th in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the America East Outdoor Championships with a time of 10:12.40 ... Posted a season best steeplechase time of 9:55.14 at the Wolfie Invitational and earned fourth overall ... Missed winning the steeplechase by just 0.08 seconds at the Catamount Open in 9:57.93.

2013 INDOOR SEASON: Ran a time of 9:23.60 in the 3000-meter at the America East Indoor Championships for 29th place ... Posted a season best 3000 time of 9:17.53 in his collegiate track debut to finish third at home against Hartford ... Placed sixth in the one mile against Middlebury (4:39.33).

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Ramsey High School in Ramsey, N.J ... Ran three years of cross country and four years of track & field ... Named 2010 Most Improved in cross country, 2011 MVP in cross country, and 2012 MVP in track ... 2010 and 2011 All-League in cross country ... 2010 Second Team All-County ... 2011 First Team All-County and All-State ... Also played soccer as a freshman in 2008 ... Was a member of the National Honor Society.
