SENIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2016): Placed ninth in the 5000 meters at the UNH Pre-Conference Meet with a time of 16:22 ... Finished ninth in the 3000 meters at the Albany Spring Classic with a time of 9:38 ... Ran 4:26 in the 1500 meters at the Dartmouth Invitational ... Finished the 3000 meters at the UMass Lowell Invitational with a time of 9:38.
SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished 35th in the 3000 meters at the America East Championships with a time of 9:24 ... Ran a season best time in the 3000 meters of 9:03 at the BU Scarlet and White Invitational.
2015 SEASON: Finished 73rd at the America East Championships with a time of 27:30 ... Placed 66th at the Minuteman Invitational (6k) with a time of 21:21 ... Placed 56th overall, seventh for the Catamounts, at the Iona Meet of Champions with a time of 28:23 ... Placed fourth for Vermont, eighth overall, at the home meet against UMall Lowell (6k) with a time of 19:45 ... 2012 SEASON: Competed in all seven races ... Ran a time of 27:24 at the America East Championships for fifth among Vermont runners and 50th overall ... Posted his best 8K time (26:23) at the New England Championships and was fifth on the squad ... Broke the 26-minute mark at St. Michael's (25:59), finishing 17th overall and third on the team ...
