SENIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Three-time America East Conference Champion in the 400-meter hurdles with a career-best time of 52.51 ... Also won the 400-meter hurdle race at the Annual Yellow Jacket Invitational with a time of 56.09 ... Set a career-best time in the 400-meter at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet with a time of 50.82.

SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2015): Earned sixth at America East Conference Championships in the 4x400-meter finals with a time of 3:25.24 ... Placed third in the 55-meter hurdles at New Hampshire in 8.03 ... Recorded a time of 8.72 in the 60-meter hurdles at New Hampshire for fifth place.

JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2014): Defended his America East title in the 400-meter hurdles and came within 0.02 seconds of setting a new school record with a time of 52.64 seconds ... Also placed sixth in the 110m hurdles at America East with a time of 15.56 after running a season-best time of 15.31 in the prelims ... Broke the outdoor school record in the 400 hurdles with a time of 52.57 for second place at the New England Championships ... Ran a time of 53.67 for 15th at the IC4A Championships ... Won the 400 hurdles at the Princeton Quad Meet in 53.34 and was fifth in the 110 hurdles in 15.49.

JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished 10th in the 60-meter hurdles at the America East Championships with a time of 8.69 seconds ... Also placed fourth with the 4x400 relay team at America East in 3:20.71 ... Took 11th in the 4x400 at the New England Championships with a time of 3:19.90 ... Ran a time of 8.90 in the 60m hurdles at New England's ... Placed 18th with the 4x400 team at the IC4A Championships ... Registered a season-best in the 60m hurdles of 8.60 at the Joe Donahue Games for sixth ... Took second at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic in 8.64 ... Ran a personal-best 55m hurdles time of 7.96 to place second at home vs. St. Peters and Middlebury.

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2013): Was crowned the America East champion in the 400-meter hurdles with a personal record time of 53.26 seconds ... Earned All-Conference honors for the first time in his career ... Also scored in the 100m hurdles at America East as he placed seventh in 16.14 ... Finished 27th in the 400m at the IC4A Championships with a time of 54.94 ... Posted a personal record time (15.30) the previous week at UMass in the 110m hurdles for fourth place ... Was second overall in the 400m hurdles at the Wolfie Invitational in 54.97 ... Also came in second at the Catamount Open in 55.35.

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2013): Finished fifth in the 60-meter hurdles at the America East Championships with a time of 8.42 seconds ... Was also fifth with the 4x400-meter relay team at America East in 3:23.73 ... Placed 14th in the 60m hurdles at the New England Championships with a season-best time of 8.37 ... Also came in 14th with the 4x400 relay team in 3:20.01 ... Earned eighth place in the 60m hurdles at the Joe Donahue Games ... Finished 13th at the Armory Collegiate Invitational (8.62) ... Won the 55m hurdles at home vs. Hartford with a time of 8.02 ... Was third against Middlebury in the 55m hurdles with a season-best time (7.98).

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2012): Competed in seven events ... Ran his best 400-meter hurdles time of the season at the 2012 America East Outdoor Championships with a time of 56.06 seconds ... Finished ninth in the preliminary heat to qualify for New England's and missed scoring for Vermont by just 0.70 seconds ... Posted his best 110-meter hurdles time at the 2012 New England Championships with a mark of 15.81 to place 21st ... Also ran on the Catamounts' 4x100-meter relay team at America East and New England's ... The team ran its best time of 43.08 at New England's to place 10th overall as Duncan ran the final leg.

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2012): Competed in six events ... Ran his best 400-meter time (52.80) of the season at the 2012 America East Indoor Championships to place 19th in the preliminaries ... Made his collegiate debut at a home meet against Hartford, finishing second in the 300-meter dash (37.85) and eighth in the 55-meter dash (7.02) ... Placed fourth in the 300 at the New Hampshire tri-meet with a season-best time of 37.78.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Sugar Bowl Academy in Norden, Calif., a college prep school for competitive skiiers near Lake Tahoe ... School is part of the United States Ski and Snowboard Association ... Member of the ski racing team from 2000 to 2011 ... Also played for soccer team, where he was a defender.
