JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2017): Ran to second in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Black & Gold Invitational with a time of 10:01.00 … Finished with a time of 10:09.79 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Dartmouth Invitational … Placed 12th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the America East Championships in a time of 10:16.01.

JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2017): Did not compete.

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2016): Placed tenth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the UNH Pre-Conference Meet with a time of 10:30 ... Finished second in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 10:21 at the Black & Gold Invitational.

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2016): Ran a season-best time of 2:37 in the 1,000m at the BU Scarlet and White Meet ... Finished fifth in the 800m against Dartmouth and Maine with a time of 2:04 ... Part of the winning 4x400m relay team against Hartford.

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Finished 13th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the America East Championships with a time of 10:03.01 ... Placed eighth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet with a season-best time of 9:57.66 ... Took fifth in the same event at the Princeton Quad Meet in 10:05.79.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Sweet Home High School in Amherst, N.Y. ... Named cross country MVP in 2011 and 2012 ... Served as cross country captain from 2011-13 ...
