2015 OUTDOOR SEASON: Finished 20th overall in the 800-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 1:57.32 ... Also placed third with the 4x800 relay team in 7:44.11 ... Took fourth with the 4x800 relay team at the New England Championships in 7:38.22 ... Broke the school record in the 4x800 at the IC4A Championships with a time of 7:30.95 and helped earn third place ... Ran a personal-record 800 time of 1:54.42 for fourth at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet ... Also set a personal-best in the 1500 at the UAlbany Spring Classic, finishing 11th in 4:08.63.
2015 INDOOR SEASON: Placed 12th in the 1000-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 2:34.44 ... Also finished seventh with the distance medley relay team in 10:22.86 ... Earned ninth place in the 1000 at the New England Championships with a season-best time of 2:31.81 ... Took fourth in the 1000 at UNH with a mark of 2:38.60 ... Won the 1000 and 4x400 relay vs. Hartford with times of 2:37.29 and 3:34.63.
2014 OUTDOOR SEASON: Ran a time of 2:01.91 in the 800-meter at the America East Championships for 27th overall ... Posted a personal record 800 time of 1:58.03 for 16th place at the UNH Wildcat Invitational ... Placed 18th in the 1500 in 4:24.90 at the UAlbany Spring Classic.
2014 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in one meet ... Finished second in the 1000-meter in a home meet vs. Hartford and Merrimack with a time of 2:39.89.
2013 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in five events ... Posted a time of 1:58.92 in the 800-meter run at the America East Championships for 21st place ... Also ran with the 4x800-meter team and placed fifth in 7:46.33 ... Ran a personal best time (1:58.76) in the 800-meter at the Wolfie Invitational for 14th ... Competed in the 400-meter at UMass and finished 16th in 53.23.
2012 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in four events in the 800-meter run ... Gradually improved throughout the season and posted his best mark in the 800 at the UNH Wildcat Invitational ... Ran a time of 2:03.14 to place 15th overall, which was fourth among Catamount runners.
BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Pittsford Mendon High School in Pittsford, N.Y. ... Captain of the cross country team in 2010 ... Won the Class A Sectional Championship in 2007, 2008, and 2009 ... Ran track in 2010 and 2011 and was named First Team All-County in the 4x800 relay after both seasons ... Also a four-year member of the cross country skiing team.
