SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished fourth at the Albany Spring Classic in the 3000 meter steeplechase qith a time of 9:50 ... Finished second in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the home meet against Albany with a time of 10:02 ... Won the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:03 at the UMass tri-meet.

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2016): Ran a season best in the 3000 meters at the BU Scarlet and White Invitational with a time of 9:21 ... Had his best finish in the mile at the tri-meet against Maine and New Hampshire running 4:51.

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Finished 14th in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the America East Championships with a time of 10:17.03 ... Ran his fastest steeplechase time of 9:53.46 for seventh at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet ... Took fourth in the steeplechase in 9:56.28 at the Princeton Quad Meet.

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2015): Finished 32nd in the 3000-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 9:16.33 ... Ran his best 3000 time of 8:54.51 for 21st at the BU Scarlet & White Invitational ... Placed fifth in the 3000 in his collegiate debut vs. Hartford in 9:18.28.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Bethlehem Central in Delmar, N.Y. ... Four-year letterwinner in track & field ... Named MVP his final two seasons and served as team captain as a senior ... Section II First Team All-Star in 2013 and Second Team All-Star in 2014 ... Holds the school record in the 3000-meter steeplechase (9:34.27) ... Also played soccer.
