SENIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished ninth at the Silfen Invitational in the 5000 meters with a time of 14:46 ... Won the 5000 meters at the Black anfd Gold Invitational with a time of 15:03 ... Placed third with a time of 8:47 in the 3000 meters at the UMass Lowell Invitational.

SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished sixth in the mile (4:16) and eighth in the 5000 meters (15:03) at the America East Championships ... Ran a new career best in the 3000 meters of 8:26 at the New England Championships finishing 10th ... Won the 3000 meters at the meet against Hartford in a time of 8:53.

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2014): Placed 10th in the 5000-meter with a time of 14:52.13 at the America East Championships ... Earned All-New England honors with sixth overall in the 5K with a personal record of 14:40.33 ... Won the 5K at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational in 15:13.53 ... Finished second in the 3000 at the Princeton Quad Meet in 8:39.18.

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2014): Placed 11th in the 3000-meter at the America East Championships with a personal record time of 8:37.77 ... Took 17th in the 3000 at the New England Championships in 8:38.89 ... Posted a career-best time of 4:26.46 in the mile for 13th at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic ... Was second in the mile vs. St. Peters and Middlebury in 4:32.70.

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2013): Finished 15th in the 5000-meter at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 15:27.13 ... Won with the 4x800 relay team at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet in 8:05.73 ... Placed fifth in the 5K at the Catamount Invitational with a time of 15:50.01.

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2013): Finished 10th in the 1000-meter with a time of 2:33.58 at the America East Championships ... Ran a season-best 1000 time of 2:32.55 at the New England Championships for 24th ... Placed fifth in the 1000 vs. Hartford and the mile vs. Hartford in home meets.
