2015 OUTDOOR SEASON: Won the heptathalon at the America East Championships with a career-best score of 5029 while setting two more personal-records in the 100-meter hurdles (14.92) and javelin throw (37.75m) ... Also won the heptathalon event at ECAC Championships with 4889 points, placing top-5 in six out of the seven events.
2015 INDOOR SEASON: Totaled nine top-3 event finishes over the course of the season ... Finished second overall in the pentathon at America East Championships tallying 3471 points, a season-best, with a career-record of 1.55m in the high jump ... Took second place in the shot put at Dartmouth by setting a personal record of 11.93m ... Won the 55 meter hurdles against Hartford with a mark of 8.49.
2014 OUTDOOR SEASON: Set a new personal record with 5,005 points in the heptathlon for fifth place at the ECAC Championships ... Set personal-bests in the high jump and shot put and posted season-bests in the 800 and javelin at ECAC's ... Finished second overall in the heptathlon at the America East Championships with a total of 4,738 points ... Won the 200 (personal record), 800, and shot put during the competition ... Earned All-New England honors with the 4x400 relay team as it broke the school record and finished third overall in 3:49.94 ... Took third in the 100-meter hurdles at the UNH Wildcat Invitational with a season-best time of 15.53 ... Had a season-best distance of 5.22 in the long jump at the Cal State LA Twilight Open for seventh.
2014 INDOOR SEASON: Finished second in the pentathlon at the America East Championships with a career-high total of 3,539 points ... Won the 800-meter and finished second in three events ... Set a new personal record in the long jump (5.50) and season-bests in the 800 and high jump ... Won the 300-meter at home vs. St. Peters and Middlebury with a time of 42.74 ... Won with the 4x400 relay team at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic in 4:02.41 ... Also finished fifth in the long jump at Dartmouth ... Was ninth with the 4x400 team at the New England Championships in 3:53.38.
2013 OUTDOOR SEASON: Took third place in the heptathlon at the America East Championships where she scored 4,727 points ... Registered season-best marks in the shot put and high jump at America East ... Finished sixth overall in the heptathlon at the ECAC Championships with 4,726 points ... Placed third in the 200 during the heptathlon at ECAC's with a time of 25.50 ... Also finished second in the 800 at ECAC's with a time of 2:20.83.
2013 INDOOR SEASON: Placed third at the America East Championships after scoring 3,376 points in the pentathlon ... Posted her career best long jump of 5.22 meters at the New England Championships ... Took second in the shot put during the pentathlon at America East with a distance of 10.90.
2012 OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven events ... Finished seventh in the heptathlon with 4,119 points at the America East Championships ... Set new personal records in the 200-meter (26.08 seconds), high jump (1.39 meters), and shot put (10.45) at America East ... Placed 10th in the 4x100 relay with a mark of 49.10 at the New England Championships ... Won the heptathlon at the Catamount Invitational with her highest point total of the season (4,121) ... Ran her fastest 800-meter time at Catamount (2:28.90) ... Was second in the javelin at the Middlebury Invitational with a season-best distance of 32.70.
2012 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in eight events ... Posted 2,784 points in the pentathlon at the 2012 America East Indoor Championships ... Ran a season-best time in the 60-meter hurdles (9.70 seconds) at America East ... Placed 12th in the pentathlon at the 2012 New England Indoor Championships with 2754 points ... Had her best pentathlon performance of the season in her collegiate debut with 2949 points in a home meet against Hartford to place second ... Ran a season-best time in the 800-meter (2:30.38) at New England's.
