SENIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished third in the 800 meters with a time of 1:54 at the UNH Pre-Conference Meet ... Ran a time of 3:48 in the 1500 meters at the Larry Ellis Invitational ... Helped win the 4x400 meter relay at the Dartmouth Invitational ... Won the 3000 meters with a time of 8:48 at the home dual meet against Albany ... Won the mile (4:13) and finished third in the 800 meters (1:59) at the UMass Lowell Invitational.

SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished fourth in the mile at the America East Championships with a time of 4:14 ... Also helped win the 4x800 meter relay and finish third in the Distance Medley Relay at the America East Championships ... Part of the first place Distance Medley Relay Team at the IC4A/ECAC Championships ... Member of the winning 4x800 meter relay team at the New England Championships ... Finished third in the mile at the New England Championships with a career best time of 4:07 ... Ran a career best in the 1000 meters at the Valentine Invitational with a time of 2:27 ... Helped win the 4x800 meter relay in the meet against Dartmouth and Maine.

SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished seventh in the 1500-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 3:59.93 ... Ran the fastest qualifying time in the 1500 at America East (3:56.15) ... Earned 20th at the New England Championships with a time of 3:55.71 ... Took 17th with the 4x800 relay team at the IC4A Championships in 7:47.80 ... Posted a personal record in the 1500 of 3:55.11 to place second overall at the Princeton Quad Meet ... Placed third in the 5000 at the Tufts Snowflake Classic in 15:13.86.

SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished sixth in the one mile at the America East Championships with a personal record time of 4:15.89 ... Also placed fifth with the 4x800 relay team at America East in 7:45.45 ... Earned ninth in the 3000 at the New England Championships with a personal-best 8:31.75 ... Took eighth and earned All-IC4A honors with the 4x800 team as it ran a 7:35.49 ... Ran his fastest 1000 time of 2:31.07 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational for 22nd ... Won the 3000 at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic in 8:36.71.

FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2013): Finished 16th in the 1000-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 4:02.53 ... Also placed fifth with the 4x800 relay team in 7:46.33 ... Posted 21st in the 4x800 relay at the IC4A Championships with a time of 7:56.98 ... Ran his best 800 time of 1:57.18 at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet.

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2013): Finished ninth in the 1000-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 2:33.50 ... Ran a season-best time of 2:32.40 in the 1000 at the New England Championships for 23rd ... Helped the 4x800 relay team finish 15th at the IC4A Championships in 7:43.07 ... Finished second in the 3000 vs. Hartford in 9:17.27 ... Took third in the 800 and fourth in the mile vs. Middlebury.
