SOPHOMORE SEASON (2023): Opened the season with a 10^th place finish at the Vermont Invitational with a time of 18:28.2 (Sept. 2) … Finished fourth at the Equality Invitational with a time of 31:38.1 (Sept. 22) … Logged a personal best of 22:24.2 at the Lehigh Paul Short Invite (Sept. 30) … Finished second at the Fall Foliage Invitational with a personal best of 18:17.0 (Oct. 15) … Logged a 21^st place finish at the America East Championships with a time of 18:50.5 (Oct. 27) … Competed in the NCAA Northeast Regional with a time of 23:12.9 (Nov. 10)

FIRST-YEAR SEASON (2022): Opened the season with a time of 20:04.3 at the Vermont Invitational finishing 32nd … Finished 40th at the Dartmouth Maribel Sanchez Invitational with a time of 24:35.8 … Finished 147th at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown with a time of 20:00.9 Individual 5k (Sep. 23) … Logged a 6k time of 23:04.0 at the Lehigh Paul Short Invite (Oct. 1) ... Was 14th at the Fall Foliage Invite with a time of 19:45.3 (Oct. 16) … Placed 53rd at the America East Championships with a time of 19:11.7 in the Individual 5k (Oct. 29). 

BEFORE VERMONT: Graduated from Ridgefield High School in Ridgefield, New Jersey ... Competed on the lacrosse team her freshman year ... Ran Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track her junior and senior year ... In 2020, her team has the fastest 5k average in the state ... In 2022, her Outdoor Track team won North 1, Group IV Sectional Championship ... In 2021 and 2022, her Indoor Track team won North 1, Group IV Sectional Championship ... In 2020, was awarded First Team All-County for Girls Cross Country ... Was on honor roll all four years of high school.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Jeff and Leslie Deiss ... Has a brother named Jeffery Jr. ... Her mom competed at Simmons College on the Cross Country and Track teams ... Is majoring in Business Administration.
