2010 SEASON: Ran in four races… Broke the 20-minute mark and posted a season-best time of 19:37 at the UMass Amherst Invitational… Placed 14th overall at the Saint Michaels Invitational.
2009 SEASON: Ran in four races … Was sixth among UVM runners at the Pre-America East Championship race … Posted a season-best time of 19:24 at the UMass Invitational.
2008 SEASON: Competed in five races establishing herself as one of Vermont’s top runners … Recorded three top-15 finishes … Was the fourth Catamount to cross the line at the McGill Open … Finished 13th overall at the UMass Invitational with a time of 19:17 … Placed seventh overall at the Vermont State Cross Country Championships with a time of 19:39 …Was seventh among Catamount runners at the New England Cross Country Championships … Placed fourth overall at the Saint Michael’s Invitational helping the Catamounts win the event.
2007 SEASON: Made her Catamount debut at the Murray Keatinge Invitational with a time of 19:28.80 ... Placed third overall at the Saint Michael's Invitational on a 24:04 time ... Eight Catamounts finished in the top 10 to win the event ... Second Catamount to finish at the America East Championships with a 19:56.6 mark ... Participated in the NCAA East Regionals finishing with a 23:33.50 performance.
BEFORE VERMONT: Came to Vermont from Fitchburg, Mass. and attended Fitchburg High School … Was a member of the cross country and track and field teams … Was a captain of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams, as well as the cross country team … Named a Telegram & Gazette and Sentinel & Enterprise all-star all four years in both track and field and cross country … Owns the school record in the pentathlon and distance medley relay.
PERSONAL: Is the daughter of Ronald and Elisa Masse … Has two sisters … Majoring in exercise and movement science.
