SOPHOMORE SEASON (2025): Opened the season with a ninth-place finish at the Vermont XC Invite with a time of 19:11.4 (Aug. 30) … Took 42nd at the Maribel Sanchez Souther Invitational with a time of 23:58.2 (Sep. 20) … Registered a time of 23:31.8 for 161st place at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 3).
FIRST YEAR SEASON (2024): Opened the season placing 14th in the UVM Invitational with a time of 19:08.3 (Aug 31st)…Placed 21st in the Dartmouth 6k with a time of 23:31.20 (Sept 14th)…Finished 90th in the John McNichols Invite with a time of 23:13.6 (Sept 21st)…Finished 12th in the Fall Foliage Invitational with a time of 18:29.30 (Oct 20th).
BEFORE VERMONT: From Brewster, New York … Ran indoor and outdoor track as well as cross country at North Salem High School … Captain of her cross country, indoor, and outdoor track teams her senior year of high school … Three-time all-league nominee in cross country, seven-time all-league nominee in indoor track, seven-time all-league nominee in outdoor track … Three-year National Honor Society Member.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Ryan and Lisa Fryer … Has two siblings, Jack and Everett … Chose UVM because of its strong academics and ideal location … She lists her biggest influence as an athlete as her teammates … Lists Mary Poppins as her favorite movie, Hanna as favorite TV show, the Arctic Monkeys as favorite band, Katelyn Tuohy as favorite athlete and UConn Women's Basketball as favorite sports team … She plans to major in Exercise Science.
