REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE SEASON (2025-26)
* Played in all 38 games for Vermont, a career high. 
* Named to Hockey East Third Team All-Conference.
* Named Hockey East Defender of the Week (Jan. 12). 
* Posted career high numbers in points (15), goals (7), assists (8), shots (85), blocked shots (60), and power play goals (3). 
* Hemp's 60 blocked shots led a team high in that department and was the 11th most in Hockey East.
* Hemp's seven goals led all UVM defenders in that category and was tied for third most amongst Hockey East defenders. Her three power play goals was tied for second most amongst Hockey East defenders. 
* Hemp's 85 shots on goal was second most amongst UVM defenders. 
* Tallied first career power play goal on October 4, 2025 vs Penn State, also her first goal of the season. 
* Notched first assist of the season on October 18, 2025 vs St. Anselm in a 3-1 win. 
* Recorded first career multi-point game on October 31, 2025 vs Boston College in a 4-3 win, tallying one goal and one assist. Overall totaled four different multi-point games on the campaign. 
* Blocked four or more shots in five different outings. 
* Had five or more shots on goal in six different outings. 

REDSHIRT FIRST-YEAR SEASON (2024-25)
* Played in all 36 games for Vermont. 
* Recorded four points on one goal and three assists. Tallied 36 total shots on goal. 
* Earned 47 total blocked shots, tied for second most on the team. 
* Tallied first collegiate goal for the Catamounts on January 3rd vs. Providence.
* Notched career high five shots on goal in 2-1 victory at Maine on November 2nd, 2024. 
* Recorded first career collegiate point earning one assist in 1-0 victory over St. Lawrence on October 18th, 2024. 
* Made collegiate debut in Vermont season-opener October 4th at Clarkson (had 2 blocked shots).

2023-24 REDSHIRT SEASON (Minnesota):
* Was a member of Minnesota Golden Gophers, but did not see action in any games

BEFORE VERMONT: 
* Skated 2 years at Minnetonka High School, scoring 9 goals in both 2021-22 and 2020-21
* Finished with 39 points in 29 games as a junior followed by 40 points in 30 games as senior
* Was named All-Conference and honorable mention All-State
* Member of 2019-20 state champion Andover High School before 5 goals, 14 assists in 2020-21
