SENIOR SEASON (2017-18): Recorded three goals and a career-high nine assists and 12 points in 28 games in Green & Gold ... Recorded at least a point in five straight games (Jan. 20 – Feb. 4) ... Scored a goal and added an assist against Northeastern (Jan. 26).

JUNIOR SEASON (2016-17): Laced up in 34 games, tallying five goals to go with three assists ... Helped the Catamounts reach the Hockey East Semifinals for the second time in program history ... Logged her first two goals of the season at Robert Morris (Oct. 15) and against St. Lawrence (Oct. 22) ... Scored the game-winner at Maine (Oct. 30) ... Lit the lamp in both games at Connecticut (Jan. 27 & 28), including the game-winning goal to open the weekend ... Blocked 39 shots throughout the season, including six against UNH (Feb. 4) ... Notched an assist in the Hockey East Quarterfinals at Providence (Feb. 25), helping UVM rally back from a 1-0 series deficit. 

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2015-16): Kourtney played in all 37 games for the Catamounts ... Scored her first career goal against Boston University (Jan. 17) ... She finished the season with 29 shots on goal.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2014-15): Skated in all 36 games for Vermont during her freshman year ... She finished the season with three assists ... During Vermont's annual Pack the Gut Challenge Presented by the Windjammer, Menches picked up her first collegiate point with an assist in the Catamounts 4-0 win over Union (Oct. 24) ... She finished the year with 12 shots on goal.

BEFORE VERMONT: Had 15 points in 2013-14 with the Shattuck program that went 30-16-5 … That year, Menches and Shattuck finished in second place at USA Hockey Nationals ... Selected to attend USA Hockey National Player Development Camps for four straight years ... Menches also played basketball, lacrosse, and ultimate frisbee while at Shattuck-St. Mary's.

PERSONAL: Is the daughter of Karl and Tammy Menches ... Has one younger brother, Dillon ... Lists Drew Brees, Pat Tillman and Jackie Robinson as her favorite athletes ... She is an exercise and movement science major at UVM.
