PERSONAL: Daughter of Joann and Brian Vernon… Has two siblings: Lindsey and Ashley… Her sister Lindsey participates in the special Olympics for bowling… Her other sister Ashley played lacrosse at East Carolina and the University of Virginia… She chose UVM because, "I was looking for a competitive program with a strong team culture. After visiting campus, I knew UVM was the perfect spot for me to finish out my collegiate career
