BEFORE VERMONT: Estey comes to Vermont from Exeter High School in Exeter, N.H. ... She was a three-sport athlete at Exeter ... Was a first-team all-state selection in lacrosse as a junior after scoring a team-high 68 goals ...  She is a two-time lacrosse team captain and also helped the soccer team win three straight state titles ... Led the lacrosse tem to three straight trips to the semifinals of the state championships ... As a senior she scored 84 goals and added 17 assists ... Also collected 33 draws ... Finished her career with 211 goals, 57 assists and 132 draws ... Earned All-America Honorable Mention honors and was also named ot the all-state first team.
